Studio Figura concept consists of three steps:

• Personal lymphatic massage programme. We use different manual and mechanical treatments like MLD, Roll Shaper machines, pressotherapy  to provide an invigorating massage of the whole body. The programme is based on individual body shape, fitness and activity level.
• We start with individual assessment, during which we record your goals, your body statistics, level of activity; health problems and intolerances.
• Support with advise and motivation for you to achieve your goal.

Clinical research was carried out in 2008 with the purpose of assessing the impact of Roll Shapers on the body. The study involved 97 people who had 20 massages with Roll Shapers and the average results were:

Upper arm circumference decreased by 0.8 inch Waist circumference decreased by 1.8 inches

Hip circumference decreased by 1.2 inches Thigh circumference decreased by 1.2 inches
